Sorry -- the SStructView applet is only visible from browsers that support Java.

Select a base by clicking (selected base in red). Select a sequence by clicking on one base, then Shift-click on another (selected sequence in gray). Browsing with mouse will highlight bases without clicking (browsed base in blue). Scroll by dragging in the white part of the image (only if the image is too big to fit in the applet panel). Zoom by clicking the "View" buttons.
