Explanation of files:

I. data

Contains information for all feature vectors. Since some binary
feature vectors are redundant, each line may represent more than one
points. The fields in each line are as follows:

1) Unique index for the point(s)
2) Separating vertical bar
3) Environment label consisting of a PDB identifier and a unique index
(Env_1vkd_222 corresponds to a point in 1vkd)
4) Pound sign
5-7) x, y, and z coordinates of the point
8) Pound sign
9) Identifying information for the residue corresponding to this
feature vector. The fields are comma separated, and are as follows:
residue number, insertion code (or space, if none), chain identifier
(or space, if none), and amino acid

If the line contains more than one point, the points will be separated
by vertical bars, and the fields in 3-9 above will repeat.


II. clusters_for_centers.4550.txt

This file contains the clusters for each of the points in the "data"
file. The line number corresponds to the indices from the data file as
described in the first field above, and each line contains the cluster
number. That is, line 1 of clusters_for_centers.4550.txt contains the
cluster number for the point(s) listed in the first line of "data."
