1. 256HitTableShortSorted_by_loopScores
We make 256 predictions of calcium binding by FEATURE combined with modeling methods.
Protein name is PDB code followed by the chain identifier.
We have built structures for gaps of which 3D structures are not available in the original PDB files.
Information of these structures is given in column 2-4.
Column 5 and 6 list FEATURE scores at the predicted sites in the structures where loop structures are
missing (Gap) and the structures of which loop structures were rebuilt by modeling methods (Loop).
Ligands observed experimentally in these proteins are listed in column 7 and the ligand IDs are from PDB.
2. All PDB file names are composisted of PDB-code, Chain-ID, loop-start-residue-number and loop-end-residue-number.
Each file contains structure of the loop built by modeling methods and the best FEATURE predicted site is written in PDB format.
