Searching LPFC

(1) You can search LPFC for simple text strings (e.g. "1mba" or "myoglobin"). This is a very simple mechanism for searching our pages. If you wish to search PDB file headers, we encourage you to take advantage of the gopher search at the Brookhaven site and transfer the results back to this page for further searching.

(2) Search ONLY for a PDB identifier name (e.g. "1mba"). If the indicated structure is a member of a single LPFC family, then you will be taken directly to that family's page.

(3) Search for a specific amino acid in a PDB structure (e.g. "1mba" "34").
